Send the specification
The more of the construction you can give us, the faster the answer comes back.

What happens after you press send
01
A specialist reads it
Not a queue. Somebody who knows what the line can hold looks at the construction.
02
You get a straight answer
Whether it runs here, what it would be built from, and where the constraints are.
03
Or an honest no
If paperboard is the wrong material for the part, you will hear that before a sampling cycle, not after one.
Before you send it
04 questions
Q.01 I do not know the board construction yet. Is that a problem?
No. Describe what the part has to do and what it has to survive, and the construction gets worked back from there. Most enquiries start that way.
Q.02 Can you quote from a drawing?
Yes. A drawing plus an annual volume is usually enough for a first answer.
Q.03 Is there a size my part has to fit inside?
For die cutting, 84 in by 75 in is the maximum sheet. Larger than that and the part cannot leave here finished.
Q.04 Would you rather I called?
If it is easier, call 269.279.1700. A five minute conversation often settles what a form cannot.
